KidBOX – Youth fitness boxing Programs is a great way for kids to get into shape, develop better balance, footwork , hand-eye coordination, self discipline and build confidence to better themselves for the future at a young age without the pressure of getting into the ring . At KidBOX we believe in small group training classes ( 8 kids max ) to help the kids stay better focused, work harder and also helps us pay closer attention to each kids weaknesses individually. If your child is interested we offer a free class for them to come in and give it a try. You have the option of signing up for both days or just 1 day a week for 4 weeks.
Youth Programs are beginning again on September 9th. The 6-9yr olds are at 9AM and 10-13yr olds are at 10AM .
